Invoices are issued approximately a week before the due date and fees are due on the 15th of the month and are payable four weeks in advance. Full fees are charged for all children’s holidays, sick days and other spontaneous days taken.
Child Care Benefit
Child Care Benefit (CCB) is a payment to help families with the costs of child care. Roseberry House is an approved child care centre and therefore, you can choose to receive your CCB as reduced fees or as a lump sum after the end of the financial year.
To be eligible for CCB:
- You must meet the Australian residence requirements and be living in Australia
- Your child must meet the immunisation requirements
- Your child must attend either approved or registered care where you are liable for the child care fees
Child Care Benefit is means tested and differs from family to family. In order to find out what your entitlements are please see front reception for a ‘Claim for Child Care Benefit’ booklet, or ring the Family Assistance Office (FAO) on 13 61 50 for more information.
After completion of the appropriate forms you will receive an assessment notice, stating your percentage and hours of approved care. Please bring this to the centre. Centrelink will calculate your fees accordingly to this information weekly. Until we receive notification from the FAO, full fees will need to be paid. It is parent’s responsibility to notify the FAO of any changes that may affect your assessment.
If you have children attending care elsewhere, it is also in your best interest to notify the Family Assistance Office.
